Every time you feel stressed, you might want to take a minute and calm down a little. Stress hormones increase the cholesterol in your body, especially when you experience stress on a regular basis, known as chronic stress.
Those same stress hormones have the ability to make you pack on pounds, which strains the heart because its workload increases. One recent study said that stress releases fat and fatty acid into your bloodstream, which adds up to clogged arteries, a potentially dangerous situation.

Do You Feel More Stress Than Normal?Loading...
Hi,
One time around my fingernails I would get something like a rash or skin would open a little. I read somewhere this could happen if you were stressed out. I haven't gotten it anymore so maybe my high stress levels at that time had gone down. Glat it hasn't come back cause it's painful to have since I'm the one doing the dishes..lol.
Thanks for the great tips.

Good tips Tiff! Stress is indeed insidious and can make you vulnerable in a host of ways. What has helped me in the past with it is taking the time to get a professional massage. It's not really all that expensive and has great benefits. Just be sure to drink plenty of water because it releases toxins and other things in your system. You definitely want to cleanse yourself of those. If they give you an option of having them use warming stones, you won't be disappointed...you won't even feel the stones in your hands by the time it's over..you will be that relaxed :)
